Starting out small with only 150 chickens in Kojonup, the last 20 years we have grown and expanded in more ways than one.
Five children, a new farm in Anketell (south of Perth) and now we have far too many chickens to count.
Jack, aged 18, is the eldest of the Mason children and like his siblings, his debut with the chickens was in a baby carrier when he was only weeks old. He joined the payroll from about 8 when he graduated from 'good little helper' to a helpful helper. His sisters Asha and Lucy were not far behind. Tess and Barrie round up the family of 7 as the current ‘good little helpers’.

The big question is... do they taste the same? well the answer is YES!
There is no difference nutritionally or taste between brown and white eggs? The simple fact is that brown eggs are laid by brown chickens and white eggs are laid by white chickens, other than their appearance there is no difference. We still have brown hens, these are just an addition to our great tasting Mason's eggs. The
